What amenities are included for free in the monthly coupon?
Among the amenities included are security; access to the clubhouses, Fitness Center, pools, movie theater and sports facilities; weekday bus service; recreation programs; weekly newspaper; community TV station; counseling services; cable and internet and some additional services depending on the Mutual where you live. What's included in the Rossmoor Xfinity/Comcast package?
Residents receive the Ultimate TV + Sports package, one HD box and high-speed broadband internet as part of a bulk package that is included in the monthly coupon (monthly fee). For more information about this package, visit the Cable & Internet page.
What is the Lessee Amenities Fee and how much does it cost?
This is the monthly fee renters pay to access the amenities in Rossmoor. The amount is based on the following formula: the RWC portion of the coupon minus cable and broadband divided by 2. In 2026, that amount is $145.58 ($351.51 - $60.35 รท 2).
